- Account holders may also add additional information to their account profile. This information is optional.
- We collect information on our site users through Google Analytics. Information we collect this way includes browser type, IP address, time spent on the site, and similar information.
What we do with the information we collect
- We use your email address to send you updates on site events like new contests, and whether you have received a private message from another user. We will never share your email address with any third parties. Your password is MD5 encrypted. Not even LogoTrader staff can view passwords.
- We use your name or your business name in order to generate the basic contract to transfer the ownership rights of the winning logo from Designer to Contest Holder once the contest prize is paid. We will never share your business name or your real name.
- Your profile and the information in it, your location, and contest information is publicly viewable on the website.
- The information generated by Google Analytics is used by Logotrader to learn more about our site visitors and to improve the site based on this data.
